This project was primarily designed around the facade, and it was a one day design thus demonstrating the assistance of computer graphics in visualizing its result.

Concepts and Amenities
1. Visible Showroom that penetrates into the building
2. Two Story high Entry Hall
3. Office Area- Free space with windows on 4 sides for view and light Protected from the sun by lattice work to shade the glass
4. Apartments have a terrace space around the exterior providing for outdoor access. The ring of terrace around the main building core is to provide breezes and keep the sun off the main interior and also provide light access to the interior. Some apartments have two story high units with atrium space.
5. Tijani Units- Signified by the large two story open space at the top of the building.
6. Covered Roof Terrace with solar panels on top of the Canopy.
