SUMITOMO PROJECTS
The models and images created were based on the design by the Sumitomo Designers. The building is a modification of a prefabricated building that was used to sell condominiums in Tokyo. The exterior and interior views were both required. Both of these projects were competitions one year after the other. This was at a time of the condo boom in Tokyo. Interesting features are the curtains in the interior of the first project although difficult to see they were the most complex to model. The second project seems to have a strong view of the night image while the daytime view is much weaker.
