ISEZAKI PARK INFORMATION BUILDING

Building Area: 190 sqm

The main concept behind this building is to provide visual information about the park through direct experience. The primary axis faces a small 20 meter tall hill because this hill forms the center of the park plan and it is viewed as the naval of the project and the center from which energy for the park is drawn. Inside this hill is a historical museum and a refreshing space for this town. The entrance to this building forms a wall with a small opening thus providing a small glimpse of the distance however once entered it opens up to the museum hill as seen in the interior perspective. Also from the meeting room another main area of the park is viewable. The building is separated into public and service areas along the main axis. The front curved wall is also separated from the building by interior green spaces. This project was designed while working at Living Environmental Architects.
