Second floor- 34.0 sqmThis project was a competition for the developer Thirty-Four Company. It was for a family of four in which the husband was a rock climber. The interior of the house had an atrium space and an upward looking stairwell. A climbing space was provided in the garage under the stairwell. The south space opened onto a small garden and this areas adjoining property was a city owned garden space.

Second floor- 62.94 sqmThis project was a competition for the developer Thirty-Four Company. It was for a family of four. The concept comes from the site as it has a three meter rise from the street and it has excellent view to the East. This was developed as a viewing platform for the major living space with a private garden between this living space and the Japanese room expanding the potential living environment. It has a contextual roof and the proposed materials are characteristic with its surroundings.
